Indiana Steel Fabricating executed the structural steel framing and architectural miscellaneous metals package for the 18018 Ardmore development in Indianapolis. Our scope included steel beam and deck systems for the lower level structure (as shown in photos of the fabricated deck and framing), along with custom stair assemblies and perforated-metal guardrail systems for the interior circulation zones (see photos of the stair panels and guard panels).
This project called for close coordination across trades—steel erection, deck installation, metal fabrication, and finish detailing—to maintain schedule and quality in a high-visibility build. With steel members supporting floor-deck plus architectural infill, our work blended the strength of structural steel with the fine-tuned craftsmanship of architectural metalwork.
From initial framing to final rail installation, ISF helped bring the design vision to life, providing durable solutions that meet both structural requirements and aesthetic expectations.
