Indiana Steel Fabricating provided the structural steel framing and miscellaneous metals for the West Tower expansion at Franciscan Health St. Elizabeth in Lafayette, Indiana. The three-story, 106,000-square-foot addition added 52 new patient beds and expanded surgical, clinical, and support spaces for one of the region’s leading healthcare providers.
Working alongside the project’s general contractor and design team, Indiana Steel delivered precision fabrication and field installation under the strict logistics and safety standards of an active hospital campus. The project included major steel framing, metal decking, and interior access systems that tie seamlessly into the existing structure. The result is a strong, modern facility built to support advanced care and long-term community growth.
