Indiana Steel Fabricating provided the structural steel and miscellaneous metals package for The Depot at Nickel Plate, a multi-story mixed-use development anchoring downtown Fishers. The project includes more than 240 luxury apartments, ground-level retail, and a structured parking garage—combining urban living with small-town walkability.
Our scope included structural framing, stairs, railings, landings, and custom metal components throughout the residential and commercial spaces. Each element was fabricated for precision fit and field-installed to meet demanding construction sequencing in a tight urban site.
The finished result blends form and function—durable steel systems that support modern architecture while enhancing the building’s clean lines and open design. As part of Fishers’ downtown revitalization, The Depot stands as a showcase of quality fabrication, efficient installation, and collaborative execution between the design and construction teams.
