As a Welder at ISF, you’ll fabricate the steel that keeps our projects moving forward. This role is hands-on in a union-certified shop where precision, safety, and teamwork are valued every day. From beams to handrails, your work will help deliver steel that installs clean and performs in the field.
Responsibilities
- Weld structural and miscellaneous steel to project specifications
- Follow shop drawings, blueprints, and supervisor instructions
- Maintain clean, accurate welds that meet certified standards
- Operate welding equipment safely and effectively
- Support the crew in meeting quality and project deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in MIG and Flux Core welding (structural certs a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings or shop details
- Union membership or ability to join required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliability and teamwork mindset
